Agree with the one syllable middle name. Jane & Anne both sound lovely. Also how about:

Out of your four choices I prefer Fay (would leave out the 'e' as it doesn't do anything)

Now for the spelling? I'm normally in no doubt about how I would spell a name but I'm undecided here...

Fay/Faye/Fae??? I tend to always for for the more traditional spelling so which is the 'correct' way to go here?!
