It's either:

Beatrice Amelia
Beatrice Eliza

Thanks!

Ooh a tricky one... I think Amelia sounds prettier, but Eliza is more unusual... if that's any help at all?!

saucetastic · 30/11/2010 10:12

Both nice, depends on your last name initial.

tessofderbyville · 30/11/2010 10:27

A vote for Beatrice Eliza from me; it's lovely. Good luck!

5GoldenFimbos · 30/11/2010 10:28

Beatrice Eliza

I think Alice would also work.

ConstanceFelicity · 30/11/2010 10:28

Eliza. Bea is a lovely name. (Fell in love with it when House of Elliot was on...)

I love Beatrice Anne too.

silverfrog · 30/11/2010 10:29

I think they both work nicely.

We went for a non-verb starting middle name, but they both wok ok, imo.

What is your surname? will it end up spelling (or nearly spelling) something?

flopsy1974 · 30/11/2010 12:56

beatrice Eliza is lovely.

SoupDragon · 30/11/2010 13:00

my grandmother was Beatrice Marguerite so i struggle to hear anything else following Beatrice :) ( she hated her first name and to honour her I used her middle name as one of DDs. But i digress)

Of your two choices i think I prefer Eliza.

clarabellarocks · 30/11/2010 13:20

Surname begins with B.

Doese either name have a special meaning for you Clara?

clarabellarocks · 30/11/2010 15:15

Not really - it would help if it did but unfortunately no!

Beatrice Eliza

thefurryone · 30/11/2010 15:51

Both nice middle names but to my ears Beatrice Eliza seems to flow a little better.

ValiumSingleton · 30/11/2010 17:47

I prefer Eliza, but as there is an s type sound in Beatrice and a z sound in Eliza, Beatrice Amelia is a nicer mix of sounds. It just flows really well with no repetition of sounds.

before I clicked on your link tho, when i just saw the question not the options to choose between, Eleanor and Ellen popped into my head.

ShoppingDays · 30/11/2010 18:35

Beatrice Amelia. Both names are pretty and classy, and flow well together. Eliza is OK but it's a bit nicknamey and I do think "Doolittle", which to me doesn't go with Beatrice so well. Eliza doesn't flow so well after Beatrice, it brings the name to a clunkier stop.

Highlandgirl · 30/11/2010 20:18

I like both...! Sorry that's not much help Smile

Beatrice Elizabeth???

mathanxiety · 01/12/2010 15:15

Both lovely, but I would go with Amelia for more of a variety of sounds.

Beatrice Eloise lovely too imo.

(You can't go wrong with Beatrice though Smile)

Princess Beatrice has Elizabeth and Mary as middle names.
