What should Emily Olivia's sibling be called?!

Please help, we are expecting DC2 and are really stuck with names.

DD1 is Emily Olivia, Emily an old family name chosen before falling pregnant, Olivia a last minute choice because we liked it without realising how popular it is at the moment.

We quite like lots of the names that are fashionable at the moment but don't particularly want to be fashionable for the sake of it.

We would like a "proper" name that has one or more nice nicknames rather than a name that can't be shortened.

I like Charlotte just because of the literary connection of the Bronte sisters.
Maybe Thomas or Matthew (i think Matthew might be because i think i vaguely remember an mily and a Matthew as siblings in brookside lol)for a boy

DH is keen on Matthew though I am less sure, interesteing Thomas has cropped up twice hadn't thought of that.
