One of Shrek's triplets is called Felicia.

I don't love it.

I like it a lot. It's really different. She sounds like a strong, powerful and feminine lady.

Though also think of Felicia Tillman (Desperate Housewives). But don't let that put you off.

It makes me think of Skodas and fellatio.

Yup, another one who thinks Fellatio here too, sorry. You could attempt to have it pronounced Fel-iss-eeya but in the end someone will always get it wrong and it will sound like fellatio.
