Edward

LynetteScavo · 09/10/2010 18:25

Edward.

moragbellingham · 09/10/2010 18:30

Edward was my boy's name (and may well still be).
I liked every nickname you could think of, but esp Teddy and Ted.

I think there are too many girls' names starting with an "El" so that's why I prefer Edward.

serendipity81 · 09/10/2010 19:27

Elliot gets my vote, it's a nice strong name that's different without being 'off the wall' as some less common names tend to be IYSWIM! Edward is very common and I've taught children that have had to be variations on the name or use their surname as there have been so many in the school!

spiderlight · 09/10/2010 19:32

Elliot!

sneezecake · 09/10/2010 19:37

Elliot is my little boys name, it is the only boys name I would consider we do call him Eli on occations but mostly he gets Elliot or Els.
(he is also the cutest baby in the world,ok I might just be a tiny bit bias!

usual suspect - in what way is Edward more MN than Elliot?

luvviemum · 21/02/2011 19:51

Love the name Elliot - it's my son's name and has always been my favourite.

pilates · 21/02/2011 20:38

Def Edward

Jojay · 21/02/2011 20:41

Edward, without a doubt.

I'm amazed how many votes Elliot is getting, tbh - no contest for me.

spottyock · 22/02/2011 20:56

Edward. If I ever have another son that is definitely on the top of the list. Teddy for short.

Hope88 · 23/02/2011 15:16

Elliot!

crashingwaves · 23/02/2011 15:42

Edward! My DS is an Edward and he is a delight x

muminthemiddle · 24/02/2011 00:19

Both great names, both were on the shortlist for my ds but we went with another choice.

Underachieving · 24/02/2011 00:27

Elliot because everyone's calling thier babies Edward and Isabella since Twighlight came out.

Greendress · 24/02/2011 16:02

OliveMalay · 25/02/2011 00:31
