Callum and Joshua too overused for my taste. I'm kind of liking Grant although I work with one which is colouring my instincts somewhat...

Love Laila although prefer Leila. Not keen on Lea or Riah. All I would say though, is swap that 'h' round so you've got Leah and Ria. :)

Agree that Joshua and Callum are very common round here... Grant is nice.

I'm not keen on your girls choices but if I had to choose I'd say Laila.
