(Reposted as I forgot to put a title in last one!)
DH and I have managed to come up with a long 'short-list' and while I like the names they aren't jumping out at me, I'm not sure any of them is the one. I'm interested in your opinions and other options to inspire me.

This is our joint list:
Mia
Beatrice
Niamh
Matilda
Tabitha
Nia
Isabella
Mimi
Ava

There are a couple more I think but can't recall them off the top of my head.

Other names that I like that DH has vetoed are:
Claudia
Betty
Aurelia
Isadora
Cecila
Andrina
Camille

Names that DH liked but I vetoed are:
Daisy
Gretchen
Clara
Tamara

What do you think? Any other ideas?

Some really lovely names there horatia:

Harriet/Hattie
Juliet
Sophia - my sister is Sophie
Genevieve - Like this but wouldn't like the nickname Jen
Lucia - like but too similar to DD's name
Clementine - I did like this but don't think we could pull it off Grin
Sylvia - too old lady for me
Victoria - family name (DH doesn't like re-using names)
Rowena - I like this but perhaps not quite feminine enough for my liking
Evelina
Cara
Penelope
Delilah - too similar to DD, in fact this was almost DD's name :)
Xanthe - I like the idea of this as a name more than I actually like the name Grin
Elise
Serena
Marina
Emmeline
Gabriella - like this, was actually on my long list before cutting it down to merge with DH's
Sadie
Georgianna - really like this but is a bit of a mouthful, DH doesn't like long names
Aurora - love this, DH refuses in case she has a speech impediment and can only say Aworwa Hmm

Suffice to say we are no further forward. Think we are just going to have to wait and see when she arrives and hope we can come up with a name we both like. I'd like it to be sooner rather than later. DD wasn't named for about 3 days, but I would like to announce this birth with an actual name!
