OK, we've GOT to decide as this is getting stressful now. Surname is 2 syllables, starts with Ke ends with D. Votes please!

Lorcan
Cassian (little unsure how this goes with surname because of c k sound?)
Lucien/Lucian
Jonah
Luca
Joseph

Joseph

BenignNeglect · 15/08/2010 14:25

Lucien (I'd use Luca for short) gets my vote.

Jonah and Joseph are too biblical for me :)

Chunkamatic · 15/08/2010 14:25

Lucian or Joseph.

FerminaUrbinoDaza · 15/08/2010 14:28

Lucian

I like Jonah but he'd just end up being another Joe.

tummytickler · 15/08/2010 15:06

Luca or Jonah

Are you saying Lucien as Looshan or Looosi-en?

Think I like Joseph Lucien. Joe for short.

getstuffed · 15/08/2010 19:04

Love Cass, alliteration!

schroedingersdodo · 15/08/2010 21:25

I like Cassian and Luca. If you look really hard at the baby, isn't there one name that "fits" him better? When my son was born, he didn't have a name, but in the first day I thought he looked like Jonas. My husband didn't share the same feeling, but the name ticked a lot of boxes and after over a week we decided to go for it.

SirBoobAlot · 15/08/2010 21:27

Joseph

Tillyscoutsmum · 15/08/2010 21:29

Lorcan is gorgeous but the only ones I'm not keen on are Joseph and Jonah

hester · 15/08/2010 21:35

I like Joseph, Jonah and Luca.

pippylongstockings · 15/08/2010 21:36

What name was your favorite when you first had him?

I only ask as we had a name when we first brought our DS1 home - then chickened out for a month and he was called 'boy boy' plus various other guises - but we then went back to the 1st name and I love it!

Out of your list Luca and Lucian.

lifeas3plus1 · 15/08/2010 21:38

Cassius and Lucian are my favourites from the list.

LynetteScavo · 15/08/2010 21:41

Jonah, Lucas or Joseph.

MerryMarigold · 15/08/2010 21:42

Lorcan - too Mills & Boon
Cassian - girly, awful, prefer 2 syllables and 2 syllables and this one is 3
Jonah - nice
Luca - nice
Joseph - nice, but quite common

proudfoot · 15/08/2010 21:44

Joseph is lovely

Judging from the other names on your list maybe you're looking for something a bit more unusual but personally I really like Joseph and it would definitely be my pick from your list.

Also would like Lucas but less keen on Luca.

Hulababy · 15/08/2010 21:45

Joseph is my favourite, by far.

MammaK · 15/08/2010 21:45

Jonah or Cassian - haven't taught a Jonah or Cassian yet, all the others increasing in popularity. The C-K thing I think works agree with getstuffed I like classy alliteration xxx

kalo12 · 15/08/2010 21:46

Ludovic

katkouta · 15/08/2010 21:49
