Love Lottie but not keen on Charlotte...

Would you put Charlotte on the birth certain but not use it a the name?

Also Charlotte is very popular so are there loads of Lotties around??

Can Lottie be short for anything else?

Lottie could be short for:

Carlotta
Liselotte

However, I don't think there is anything wromg with just having Lottie for a name.

I know a few Lotties of various ages and they are all short for Charlotte.
