Not sure most folk would know how to pronounce it? I like Marlo better than Arlo. Skye and Marlo sound nice together.

I am liking this: people have problems pronouncing all sorts of really obvious, basic names, so I really wouldn't worry about that! I have to spell my kids' names all the time: most people once told have a tendency to remember, especially if it is more unusual..

LaundryLyne · 10/08/2010 23:41

How about Acer instead? I still prefer Arlo though.

Firawla · 11/08/2010 00:47

the spelling is a bit confusing but the sound is nice, i like asa
arlo is also cute (dont like marlo, arlo much better)

MrsRhettButler · 11/08/2010 00:53

isn't acer a brand of laptop? Grin

aesir is nice though, if you like arlo then how about arlen? i know a very cool little boy called arlen

nooka · 11/08/2010 06:12

I like Asa, but I wondered how to pronounce Aesir when I saw the thread title, so I would suspect a lifetime of mispronunciation and misspelling might lie ahead

tortoiseonthehalfshell · 11/08/2010 06:50

Are we talking boy or girl? Because Arlo's a boy's name, and Marlo is usually for a girl, and I can't tell from Aesir at all.

Already replied to this on another thread!
Anyway like Asa but not any other spelling.
Arlo makes me think of Twilight.
