to see if it makes a difference as we do not have anything yet and dh and I are poles apart!
Feel free to comment (and add) because people always seem to spot things I don't, like ''Jackson Heath'' sounding like a 'dogging' hot spot ??!!!??
We already have 5 yo Liv Jane.

Today's fav - Francesca 'Frankie' (something) Surrey (except this is unlikely because f.i.l. has a male cousin Frankie who only has one leg, why oh why).

Amber Leigh Surrey
Ava Elizabeth Surrey
Eliza (something) Surrey
Erin (something) Surrey
Sophia (something) Surrey

James Jack ''JJ'' Surrey (dh loves, me not so)
James (something) Surrey
Lachlan Surrey (the only boys name I really like)
Heath Surrey

OMG that's pretty uninspired, please help!

Personally, don't like Amber Leigh, Lachlan or Heath. Especailly Heath - doesn't go with Surrey - too name placey....

I really lize Eliza - and goes well with Jane.

francesca/frankie is lovely. and i definitely wouldn't be put off by FIL having a cousin with the name... it's not like it's immediate family

don't really like amber leigh, but i do like all your other girl names

I really dislike JJ (or any other initials used as a name) i don't really know why... i guess i think that if you've chosen a nice name then why not use it?

Lachlan is nice

PollyTechnique · 07/08/2010 16:34

Surrey Heath is Michael Gove's constituency.

NiceCuppaT · 07/08/2010 19:55

Don't like Leigh as a middle name with anything, sounds too American to me

getstuffed · 07/08/2010 21:13

See, I never spotted the place name thing! I think Leigh looks a bit like Sleigh written down now too. Cheers ladies x

Really like Eliza and Ava, not so keen on the rest. Agree that Heath is out with your surname.

ElephantsAndMiasmas · 07/08/2010 23:26

Amber Leigh - isn't Camberley actually in Surrey?

Annabel
Eleanor
Emma

lola0109 · 07/08/2010 23:30

I love Ava Elizabeth and I have a DN who is an Erin Louise?

DD1 and 2 were both going to be Lauchlan James if boys but alas I will never get to use that name now!

ElephantsAndMiasmas · 07/08/2010 23:32

Perfect, Camberley is in the Surrey Heath district of Surrey

Can only hope for boy/girl twins.

CheerfulYank · 07/08/2010 23:38

I like Francesca and Eliza. Ava and Sophia are cute but overdone here. Still pretty though!

I like all your boys' names; Lachlan and Heath are my favorites.

LaundryLyne · 08/08/2010 00:08

Are these puzzle clues?

Concordia · 08/08/2010 00:18

what about James Lachlan or Lachlan James as a nice compromise that sounds good?

of the girls names i personally don't think amber or erin run well with surrey but the others go ok.
prefer ava or sophia myself.

Concordia · 08/08/2010 00:18

i agree that you need to think of it the other way round, sometimes names are written like that
so surrey, heath not good
although i do like the name heath

getstuffed · 08/08/2010 07:52

Hehehehehehe Elephants.

I love Lachlan James, I am gonna have to do a proper number on dh because he doesn't like it.

dd was gonna be Ella May but we now have close family with an Ella.

Eliza is growing on me but would people call her Lizzie or Liz?
