Biblical boys names ...

Im still struggling to find a boys name that both me and DH like, we would like to continue the biblical theme (brother to DS - Noah) but we dont want to be too obvious IYSWIM e.g. Noah and Moses

So far, we kind of like Isaac and Reuben, but we dont love either of them.

Can anyone suggest any other biblical boys names that would go nicely with Noah

BTW - our surname begins with S and is one syllable.

If you're looking for something Christian but not blatant, maybe you could go for a nice saint's name? Obviously, there are quite a few unusual ones (Polycarp and Halcyon spring to mind!) but there are the odd gems out there. Cornish saints are always interesting; DS3 will be Cuthbert, for instance.

Isaac is gorgeous by the way, it's going to be one of DS3's MNs.

I really like Joel.

I really like Solomon but it rhymes with our surname so we can't go there!

We have a 10 month old called Adam and we love his name!

Adam is a great name. I love it. Not biased at all. Ahem. Also like Matthew and Luke. Nathan is another good one. For someone who is not religious all the boys names I like are biblical.

I have a Noah and a Samuel (our surname starts with an S too)

Adam is good, so is Michael & Isaac (but we couldn't use due to others in family)

I have a Daniel and a Jacob, I also really like Nathan, Levi and Jared.

Abel is a lovely biblical name for a boy.
