Since always.

Hello I'm Michelle and this is my sister Xenia/Louise/Saoirse

Well, there was a family in the 15th century where the father and two of the sons were all called John. Don't get much more matchy than that. So, at least 500 years.

would be a bit weird to have a jane and a horatio for example.

Depends how much you like your kids!

You can call 1 John with no middle name and the other

Octavius Horatio.

And just think about when you got exhausted.

Just kidding, my elder sisters have very fancy, high falutin' names, which they hate.

10 years later I got called Jane (with no middle name), I think my parents were tired!
