I prefere Meike - pronounced Maai-ke

It sounds masculine to me, because it is similar to Mike and Michael.

With that spelling surely it's pronounced Meekah, like that curly haired soprano freak. In which case, don't like.
Don't like Meike either because it sounds like Formica.
