Middle name to go with Elise

I'm helping my sister with ideas for middle names to go with Elise. Her surname is similar to Jansen. So I am trying to avoid two syllable middle names.

For brainstorming purposes: my sister is fluent in Spanish (although neither she or her DH is Hispanic) and her husband is an outdoorsman who spends all his free time fishing in rivers. His ancestry is Scandinavian. Oh, and they live somewhere very snowy and baby will be born in January. Please tell me your thoughts on these, and add your ideas...

Elise Alexandra Jansen
Elise Isobel Jansen
Elise Christabel Jansen
Elise Jennifer Jansen
Elise Beatrix Jansen
Elise Brooke Jansen
Elise Winter Jansen (two syllables but nice?)
Elise Querida Jansen (Spanish for beloved)
Elise Nieve Jansen (Spanish for snow)
Elise Corazon Jansen (Spanish for heart)
Elise Paloma Jansen (Spanish for dove)

I like the sound of Querida, and Paloma isn't too bad. Not really sure about the others.
How about Safira? (pronounced sa-fear-a)

I think you need a hard sound at the start of the middle name, not a vowel. I like the significance of Nieve. One syllable is good to so I also like Brooke.

I do think Querida has such a nice sound. Safira is ok, but Sapphire is Sept birthstone...not sure that matters.

A couple more one syllables, beginning with consonant (good point EightiesChick)...

Elise Faith Jansen
Elise Flor Jansen
Elise Greer Jansen

Anybody else with comments?

A friend just suggested Elise Tallulah, or Elise Bianca.

(Tallulah is Native American for "leaping water", so great for the whole water theme. Bianca is Italian for white, so going with the whole snowy, wintery idea.)

Nothing particularly useful to input here, but our girl's name is Elise, also due in January One of our serious considerations was Elise Alexandra until we found another 'A' middle name that goes amazingly with our last name which we decided on.

So my vote is Elise Alexandra of course
