We have the vtech baby monitor and had no issue up until a month ago when we used it at my in-laws and ever since I’ve been unable to connect via the app. I’ve tried disconnecting the device, reconnecting it etc. removing it from the app completely, redownloading the app but nothing has worked! I cannot find any help online. My husbands app is the exact same so we can’t get any video footage on our phones yet we get noise notifications on them so it is connected but we can’t get the camera to work.
