Baby monitor with an off timer

My special needs 7 year old needs me to do use a monitor but he wakes up early. ...I don't want to be woken up at that time 😭😂

I need a monitor with a parent unit that has a timer for auto off.... So I can set it to go off before he wakes up. Does such a thing exist?

Thanks

Don't know if there is such a monitor but could you plug the monitor into a timer plug? If your monitor is like mine you'd need to plug both monitor and receiver into a timer plug if it will beep when it loses connection between the two.

I'm not sure but I think the BT 6000 monitor has a timer feature. I could be wrong though.

I guess it depends on exactly what you need to hear, but would a walkie-talkie work? He could call you when needed, but not at 6am?

Oh.... I'd wondered about a timer plug for my end but the disconnection beep is the problem . I often need the parent unit to be mobile so it's a rechargeable one atm .... But I might be able to work something out . Will have a think. Thank you xx

That's a genius idea.... And I have a set of walkie talkies in my 'I'll use it one day' drawer😊
