Recommend Baby Monitors

Looking for a baby monitor as my little man will soon be going in his own room. Which are the best ones? All the ones I have looked at have really bad reviews ☚ī¸ Bonus if I can also download the app on my phone to watch him 🙋đŸŧ‍♀ī¸
