We're expecting DC2 but DC1 still wakes up a lot Sad so we need a monitor for both

Requirements:

  • two transmitters, one for each DC
  • ideally one transmitter to be video if possible, though can live without
  • strong enough to work in a tall three storey house (DC1 will be on top floor)
  • sound activated, ie silent except when they make a noise. No constant background hum
  • two way sound would be quite useful, again can live without.

Any contenders? Thank you!

We have this which I think satisfies all your requirements. I have to say I don't actually like it that much, I think mostly because the video quality is a bit rubbish and the noise activation is a bit delayed/not that sensitive, but have been using it over a year and it does the job.

Thank you! that does tick all the boxes if not exactly a ringing endorsement Grin. Hmm I wonder if I went for one of the more expensive motorola ones if it would solve the quality issues...
