Baby monitor recommendations for three storey house

We bought the Motorola twin camera monitor but the audio range is terrible and doesn't even stretch from our bedroom on the first floor to the bottom of the ground floor stairs! We have a three storey house so ideally would like one that could work from top floor to bottom, for under £80. Any suggestions?

BT monitor 250 range works over three floors and outside a little way. It doesn't have a camera though.

We've got a BT 150 and it's great, although I'm not sure if you can still get them.

Our DS's room is on the to floor and the parent unit will even work outside in our garden.

The parent unit has taken a bit of a battering as DS pretends it's his phone but almost 3 years later it's still going strong. We've only just recently replaced the batteries in it. I'd highly recommend it.
