I've been having lots of symptoms, following a brain MRI I've been told that there is a fair amount of demyelination of nerves, together with issues with my optic nerves.
I'm just 62, but MS has been cited as a possibility, due to my symptoms.
I'm due to have yet another MRI of the brain this week and a referral to neurology.. some googling haha who can actually resist??? ihas informed me that it is unusual, but not totally unheard of to be given the diagnosis at my age.
Does anyone on here have any experience of this at a later stage in life?
I would be grateful for any information at all there isn't much around.
