Lupus and the Heat

Any fellow lupus patients who usually have the condition well controlled (no meds / flares for a while) - as in it’s not active really struggling with the heat? I cannot seem to stay awake at all during the day?

Not sleeping but Butterfly rash really vivud and sore. Think its the beginning of a flare which I havnt had for a while.

Oh no I’m sorry to hear that. I don’t get the butterfly rash. I hope you don’t get a flare up 🤞I just kept falling asleep all weekend for hours.
