For context, do you have an autoimmune disease?

Are you being treated for an Auto immune disease?
My hair fell out when I was on Mycophenolate (cellcept)

So there are different kinds of alopecia, and different causes of hair loss in general. Go to your GP and gets bloods tested to rule out anything thyroid related. Low iron can also be a challenge for hair growth so definitely the supplements can help. If it’s patches and leaving smooth bits of scalp it could be alopecia areata which is an autoimmune response. I’ve suffered on and off for years with this because it can be triggered by lots of things - e.g. a virus, exposure to mold, extreme stress, anything that can set off the immune system. Looking at the picture I’m not sure that it is this. Have you started any medications recently or something like mounjaro? As this can be a side effect. Try not to worry about it- there are treatment options out there, good luck xx

I can’t feel any smooth bits, I haven’t started anything new but estrogen gel 0.001 about 3 months ago but that’s so local so I doubt it’s that x. I did over take too much b12 so have stopped that.
