Guilt over staying in bed

The heat has really triggered my ms today. I got up early doors with my daughter but have had to let dh take over while i lie in bed.

I feel so guilty even though I know I shouldnt be (and I'm also preg).

How can i ease the guilt? Or what can help me reenergise?

I understand. Also have MS, although I'm worse in cold weather. I had a 2 hour sleep today as I had my kesimpta yesterday and am tired from that today. Also just recovered from shingles. I also have the guilt, but I think you just have to accept that this is how it is. You're not being lazy; but you just can't push through fatigue sometimes. Hope tomorrow is a better day.

If anyone is unwell then staying in bed is what they need to do especially when PG. My sons GF has tonsillitis badly I sent over homemade chicken soup and honey and instructions she was not allowed to do anything at all in that slightly scolding but place of concern an old Auntie will do. I’m sending that to you now. I hope you come back to this thread later and write you did nothing but rest. Look after yourself and your bump, he is perfectly capable of looking after your other child.

Oh god dh had a stress-related medical episode so now the guilt is huge.

But the good news was it is cooler and i will still getting over the flu (but didnt realise) when i posted. Now its payback!

I guess the lesson here is swings and roundabouts.
