Multivitamins with Hypothyroidism

Can anyone tell me if they take a multivitamin with Hypothyroidism that doesn’t contain iodine? There are a a few vitamins and minerals I would like to take because I’m a bit anaemic and I get restless legs - iron, vit c, vit d, magnesium.
Or would it be better to take them all separately?

I would take separate. Multivitamins don’t contain the right daily dosage anyway. Just make sure to get them without any nasty fillers where possible. Read up on Suzanne Lockhart - mad diet. (It’s not a weight loss book) she also offers quality supplements at low prices.

Don't take multivitamins, the doses are ridiculously low. You can take Iodine btw it won't harm you! The supplements I take individually are Magnesium, Vit E, Vit D, Vit K2, Boron, Selenium, Iodine, Molybdenum, B12 and B2. I know I need all of those.

@AlteredStateroh! My consultant said to avoid iodine with Hypothyroidism.

Some do think that, the thyroid world is divided over the iodine issue! Best not if he recommends not to.
