Hi there, I'm just wondering if someone can help me make sense of this result for me? I have been having re occurant utis for about 5 months now, with general pelvic pain, I was recently told my mri results with (Degenerative disc disease/Lumbar) I just thought i would add this in if this is anything to do with it? I'm just wondering if this is normal result? For GFR, Considering the amount of UTIS ive had, Just thought I'd add this into here, as I'm not sure how to make sense of it all, I've took 3 trips in the space of 5 months to A&E with extreme bad utis, making me unable to walk, I do struggle with water retention, struggle to urinate, I just wonder if anyone can understand this result and the comments from the lab, thank you 😊
Sorry for going on this is my first post.
I'm not sure what they mean in the comments, as I do not take any supplements, thank you.

This is an entirely normal result, indicating entirely normal renal function, taking into account a number of variables, including your sex and age.

With eGFR, the higher the number, the more normal the result. Anything > 60 is totally normal.

It doesn't tell you anything about the structure of the kidneys, for that you would need imaging, likely by US in the first instance.
