How long does it take to get ANA test result back?

I've been to the doctors this week for possible symptoms of Rheumatoid arthritis, had bloods done, they tested for 12 different things, I've had most of my results back after a day or 2, I have a severe Vit D deficiency (which matches my symptoms) I'm still waiting on the autoantibody, CRP and bone profile... Does anybody know why these might be taking longer when I got the others back to quickly? TIA

I would have thought they were returned together, as I have never had to wait for separate results.
