Coeliac disease and gap year? GluteGuard?

Has anyone any experience of GluteGuard? DS is having a gap year and I thought it sounded great but haven’t heard anything from CoeliacUK about it (I believe it’s used in Australia)

If it's what I'm thinking about It's for gluten intolerance not Coeliacs. Damage will continue in the stomach/bowels, even if you have reduced symptoms, from using this, it's an enzyme I think.
