Anyone had oxygen therapy?

Hi all
I have MS and I've been recommended oxygen therapy. I've tried the pressure chamber twice - both times the pain in one of my ears was so bad I had to come out. I have a narrow canal due to a childhood infection and assume this is making it difficult for my ear to pop.

I tried the swallowing, jaw waggling, nose pinch and blow, extra strong mint. It took 24hrs to get back to normal! Has anyone got any bright ideas? It's supposed to be really helpful if you can do it so I don't want to have to give up on something that might help me

You might have had a mild ear infection or sinus blockage at the time making it worse, could be worth checking with GP and trying again?

Hi. I have trialled & had similar experience. Not found a solution yet but I know that some MS Centres will provide oxygen without someone going into the pressure chamber. They provide through O2 mask. You could see if your local centre can do this. Alternatively, you could speak to your GP about prescribing O2 tank to try at home. Or buy small one to try first. Good luck & I'd love to hear how it works out for you. Www.indukhurana.com
