does anyone have first hand experience of BII that could share any advice/experience?
Im certain my implants are doing me serious harm, my immune system seems completely compromised these days.
Iv had issues on and off for a few years, but have been pushed to take swift action as I have been very unwell for the past three weeks! No improvement at all even with antibiotics. My whole body is fighting something here, but seems to be really struggling. Have never felt this unwell in my life ever so am wondering if this could be due to breast implants? I have seen the gp and had the appropriate tests but all showing as normal.
my implants are 13 years old, have totally changed shape, i struggle to breathe properly, burning from time to time. And all these unpleasant symptoms iv put up with.
my current symptoms have been:
vomiting/fever/chills
recurring UTIs
dizzyness/fatigue
my face feels numb/tingles
I recently developed a non blanching rash all over my body.
gastro problems, these symptoms are persisting!
this is the worst reaction iv had, assume iv caught some kind of infection (felt norovirus/sickness bug) and body is struggling to fight it.
I have been to urgent care and nothing found, reffered back to gp to find underlying cause.
correct me if im wrong but implants are a foreign object and my body is clearly trying to reject them???
has anyone endured this illness? That isnt recognised currently as an official condition (but should be!)
can anyone advise me?
i have an appt with the original surgeon on friday. I feel I need an explant asap!
if anyone has had an explant could you share your experience?
did you need an uplift/fat transfer??
did you have symptoms like above that went after removal surgery?
how difficult was it for you to feel like you were being listened to?? I feel like no one is listening when i say i think my boobs are trying to hurt me! Please, someone tell me its not all in my head and this is a genuine thing
cant think what else is making me so sick!
