Thyroid and Raised TPO Antibodies

I got private bloods done in the summer as I've not felt well in a long time and nothing solved via GP. I wanted to check my thyroid as my dad and his sister had an overactive thyroid. My results seem to be within range as per photo, though am I right in thinking they veer more towards underactive rather than overactive? However I also have raised TPO antibodies of 47, as 35 and over are considered raised. Should I be concerned about raised TPO? Kind of just looking for any advice or words of wisdom. I am 55 and post menopause.

I would sat your results are fine 🙂
Tpo isn't too bad, mine was just over 300 when I was first diagnosed and I was only given a baby dose of levothyroxine as my tsh was 9. Your tsh is very slightly elevated (anything above 2.5) but most doctors wouldn't think of giving meds until you are above 6, and you would also need to be experiencing symptoms.
