Pernicious Anaemia - B12 depletion.

I was diagnosed 4 years ago with Pernicious anemia and have injections every three months. 5 months ago my mum died suddenly.
I've also had Covid-19 and a bad cold since then. I've since noticed that around the 2
Month mark I start getting tingling in my hands and feet which has rediced after my injections.
I guess I am wondering whether recent stress and illnesses have depleted B12 stores quicker than normal. Is this something that can happen? I am going to mention if when I go to the doctors. Has anyone else experienced increased symptoms after being ill/period of stress?

yes, during lockdown I had terrible issues about the 7/8 week mark. GP increased my injections to 8 weekly, thankfully with no issue at all.

I'd not made the connection, but yes! I get a lot of tingling/numbness in my hands, but had my b12 last week and it's completely gone. Hadn't even noticed! Something to keep an eye on, thank you!
