Most recent covid booster and fatigue?

Did anyone else get the most recent Covid booster vaccination.

I am on biologics and Methotrexate. Have had crippling fatigue since the vaccination last week.

Not an anti vax post. I have had all them but trying to decide if I should go to GP or if this will pass.

Would be interested to see how everyone else got on!

Hey, sorry you’re feeling so rough. I have to be honest that it made me really unwell, enough to put me in bed for 24 hours, felt like I had been hit by a bus and it flared all my symptoms and even my bloods were a bit wobbly with inflammation markers rising.

However, after a week I felt a lot better and just told myself that at least I’d had some reaction which I hope is a good thing, as I’ve been on steroids for a couple of years and always worried that I’ll have no response to vaccinations.

I would see how you go over the coming days and definitely see your GP if there’s no improvement.

@Annietheauto Thanks, That's good to hear. I could cope if I improved in a week. Seriously feel like I have aged 20 years in a couple of days.

Funny isn’t it, I had the shingles vaccination prior and was absolutely fine! Must be just the covid booster and I’ve read a lot regarding people with autoimmune having a tough time with this particular one.

I didn’t bother to have this one as I read of so many people with the same type of condition as myself being quite ill after having it . Hope you feel better soon
