Hi looking for some advice!

I had some bloods done as I have been dog tired everyday and napping when I can. I've been having palpitations on and off, and feeling light headed and dizzy at times.
ECG and 24 heart monitor came back normal, iron low end of normal but blood glucose levels were low. This was repeated 2 weeks later and still the same. This was after having cereal with milk and fruit for breakfast as both tests where around 10am. I have to have them repeated again!

Anyone had similar or know what it could be?
I should add I'm 45 non diabetic and low side of normal bmi

Ask for your insulin levels to be tested. If you have insulin resistance, or metabolic syndrome, you will have problems with your energy levels.

I had low blood sugar which turned out to be coeliac disease.

The first one was 3.9 not sure of the second blood glucose result.
