What's going on?

I've been told by my rheumatologist that I've got an autoimmune condition, but it's not clear which one(s).

My symptoms are:

Fatigue
Brain fog / memory problems
Pain in spine and most joints (no swelling)
Insomnia
Skin rashes
Allergic reactions to products I've used for years with no issues eg washing powder, hair dye.

I had two positive ANA tests and raised inflammation markers. I also had x-rays, which showed spinal compression fractures and arthritis (not sure what kind, but I do have existing osteoarthritis in my knees).

I feel like I'm in limbo as I have awful symptoms that make me feel very unwell, but no answers. Can anyone relate to this or offer any possible avenues to explore?

Has SLE (lupus) been mentioned? This sounds similar to me. Although a lot of Autoimmune conditions have similar characteristics. Do you have any markers indicating organ involvement? (Quite often kidneys with lupus)

Nothing has been mentioned at all yet, just 'autoimmune issues.' I appreciate it takes time to rule things in or out, but in the meantime I'm struggling.
