Oh my god it’s so bad. It’s in my left hand and I honestly am on the edge of losing my mind.
Going to have (prescribed) tramadol in a bit.
Does anyone else get flares so painful they lose time?
sorry if this makes no sense. Tripping

If you are having that many flares you should be seeing your Rheumatologist and changing your treatment.

The only thing that works in my experience is steroids and a trip to the Rheumatology clinic.

saw my rheumatologist this afternoon and he was bending my hand to find the location of the flare - has made it worse. Have a steroid injection on Tuesday. Just not sure how I’m going to last till then. I guess lots of pills

If I know I'm going to be 'losing time' and bloody useless anyway, I have a bit of cannabis edible and sleep through it for a few hours. Slows me down somewhat and my work rate suffers, but it helps.

(Mine's PsA not RA - but similar.)
