Is this Lyme disease?

I’ve been really ill since Wednesday night and assumed it was a virus. My symptoms have been vomiting, muscle pain, headache and unable to stay awake. I’ve just looked at my legs as I can see a small rash starting and noticed this bite which looks like a tick bite. Do I need to go to hospital?

Definitely looks like it to me. Perhaps not A&E but certainly gp/phone NHS24 with those symptoms to get the antibiotics quickly.

Thank you both, I called 111 last night and they sent me straight to A&E…being treated for everything including sepsis so good job I made the call. Also taken blood cultures to see if it’s Lyme disease. Feeling much better now xx
