Sulfasalazine and orange sweat

Anyone on sulfasalazine in the hot weather sweating orange stains into their pillow? I'm not sure if it's a recognised side effect but since it makes you pee orange and can turn tears and contact lenses yellow, can it do the same for sweat?

Wow, I thought it was make up or hair dye but I now realise why my sweat is orange!! I take a high does of this and have for years… mind blown. Thanks for this!!
