Anyone here with mild, well-managed ME/CFS?

Has it gotten better with time? I suspect mine was a covid onset. Been suffering for 2 years now and lost hope for recovery but still hoping to at least regain some quality of life one day.

Sorry If this isn't the right place to post. I know the research isn't solid that it's autoimmune but I do think there is a subset with an autoimmune component.

Yes and then I got long covid and then a relapse again with covid again. Slowly and steadily. Consider a gratitude diary - it feels a bit wanky to start with to put it bluntly but it did help me see that things were slowly on the up.

Hi, following with interest as my mum has a diagnosis of CFS after COVID. I need to hear it can get better x
