Hay fever

Haven't had hay fever for years but this is getting me down
I'm sure it's not a cold

There is a lot of pollen at the moment (tree and plant) so take antihistamines and use a nasal spray. Wear sunglasses (yes- been proved to help, especially wrap around ones) when outside.

I’ve just swapped to fexofenedine from loratadine and it seems to have helped immensely. I’ve also started using nasal douches in the past few years and I found that helped immensely even though it is annoying. I end up feeling unwell for months due to hay fever and it really is unpleasant.
