Hi - really interested to speak to anyone who's taken a microbiome test and followed the recommendations and if you had positive results?
I myself have ulcerative colitis and was diagnosed about 10 years ago. I've tried every medicine and had aroma surgery last year. My rectal stump is still showing signs of active disease. I would love to get a reversal one day.
Been doing quite a bit of reading about gut health and wondering if it would be worth me doing a microbiome test. Not sure if it would work as I don't really have a large bowel though?
