I've just logged on to nhs site and I can see my medical records. My tsh for my last bloods in June are 0.29. That seems low to me? They told my it was fine at the time. I take 100mg thyroxine now but I feel terrible and gaining weight. Made appointment thinking perimenopause but wondering if thyroid as well?

That is low perhaps your thyroxin needs reducing?

The normal range is from 0.27 to 4.2.

So technically 0.29 is normal but it’s creeping towards hyperthyroid ie overactive thyroid. It does seem like your thyroxine dose might be too high. Hyper is not usually associated with weight gain though. Best to speak to your doctor.
