MSers what did your last MRI show?

I had an MRI in 2019 which led to my diagnosis. Quite a few brain lesions. I've recently had a follow up brain and spine scan and am wondering what could show up. I feel like things are progressing in terms of mobility but if my MRI shows no more lesions will I be classed as needing to stay on the same first line meds I'm on (Tecfidera)?
What have your scans shown if you have them regularly?

I've been on Tysabri for 8+ years. Before that, I was on many diffferent medications and quite unstable. Since then, though, I am mostly stable, and my 6-monthly MRIs show no new lesions or inflammation anywhere. (I do get occasional flares, though.)

The only problem is I'm not certain how much longer I can stay on Tysabri.
