I paid for a one-off private appointment with a rheumatologist (numerous symptoms suggestive of something autoimmune and some abnormal blood tests including ANA, but GP not willing to refer me).
The (£300) appointment lasted less than 20 mins - cursory physical exam, very brief chat about symptoms/history and booked me for some blood tests via the NHS saying she would refer me back into NHS if the tests showed anything.
The images below are the results I was sent. She marked them as normal/no further action. I could see that C4 was low and know it can be an indicator of active autoimmune disease (Lupus?) so queried this with her. She said it was only a bit low so nothing to worry about.
I'm just feeling totally stuck and don't know where to go from here. I can't afford another private appointment and GP won't refer me, infact has pretty much dismissed me.
Just wondered whether anyone here can make out what has been tested and whether anything else looks amiss?
