Feeling a bit lost so wondered if anyone on here could share their experiences. I’ve had one successful pregnancy followed by two 10 week MMCs. I’ve tested positive for lupus anticoagulant down the gynae route, and in the meantime been very unwell with new autoimmune symptoms to suggest Sjogrens. I’ve had JIA since adolescence, now in 30s.
I know this is vague but waiting for a pregnancy planning appt and the whole thing has been so dragged out (1st miscarriage was 2019) I feel in complete limbo and not very hopeful.
Is anyone with lupus or lupus-like disease able to share what their rheumatologists have looked for when giving them the “go ahead” to try and conceive again?
