Low histamine diet

Help!!!

I have to go on a low histamine diet, does anyone have any advice..tips

Totally baffled with conflicting information at the moment 😥

When you say "have to" - medical orders? They should have signposted you, perhaps set up a nutritionist consult, and given info sheets/websites for it.

Have you done a google search and confused yourself because histamine responses are mentioned all the time? Drop all that out of your head and go back to your original medical info. Googling health info off the wider internet is a mug's game, you probably discovered you've got cancer.

Have you been recommended a low histamine diet by some rando on the internet or passing non-medical idiot? Ignore them, talk to a doctor.
