Has anyone tried Perrin Technique for CF/ME and Fibromyalgia?

I've only just heard about this Perrin Technique today, it's basically
about draining the lymphatic system in the brain.
Anyone know anything about it?

Snake oil. You'd be much better off finding out what is actually causing your symptoms.
I speak as someone diagnosed with CFS and left to rot by the NHS, when actually I had a severe vitamin D deficiency and an underactive thyroid. My friend who was diagnosed with fibromyalgia turned out to have a pituitary tumour.
In both cases the correct diagnoses were clearly visible on blood test results and initially ignored by both GPS and consultants.

I'm not keen on the idea of anything radical. I agree with ^ poster.
I've just been diagnosed with Fibro, and I'm going down the vitamins and lifestyle route first.
First step, detaching myself from my iPad
It encourages bad posture, poor sleep, and high levels of stress/arousal.
Second step, outdoor exercise every day.
I'm aware that as I began feeling poorly, I also developed an unhealthy lifestyle that will be making things worse.
