Fused clitoris (lichen sclerosus)

Very personal topic, but I’d welcome any advice. I have lichen sclerosus, which has caused my clitoris hood to fuse. Naturally this is really not helping things between DH and I’m keen to have it fixed!

I’ve read that this can be surgically corrected, and was wondering if any Mumsnetters know of doctors I could contact who do this operation? UK preferably, but am willing to travel if necessary.

@ Minta85 I have the same problem, I was considering going to my GP to see if they can advise.
I suppose the issue is that if it is surgically corrected the chances are it will fuse again with time due to the nature of the condition.
It really is a horrible condition.
