Arthritis in my neck

I have arthritis in my neck and it’s developing in my spine. I wondered if anyone else has it in their neck and what helps with the pain? I get a lot of headaches with it.

Naproxen (500mg)

Hot water bottle

Physio/exercises but not to the point of it hurting

Seeing a chiropractor or osteopath can be really helpful.
