Weird neuro symptoms for 6 months - help please!

Hoping some of these symptoms will be familiar to someone on here, as I'm at the end of my tether with going to and from my GP and getting nowhere.

I've had bloods done and the usual suspects were ruled out - thyroid, vit B, D, iron, diabetes. I've also seen a neuro who sent me for a scan of the brain/cervical (upper) spine which came back clear, so he ruled out MS before signing me off. I've also had a few sessions of physio, which didn't help and now it seems my GP has run out of ideas.

Any advice would be very welcome - after 6 months, I would honestly rather have any diagnosis, however crap, than continue muddling along without knowing what's going on.

Since Dec last year I've had:

-crushing pain in outer palms/fingers (ulnar region, for the medical folks)
-hands/arms/feet/legs quick to get pins & needles/tire if raised or leaned on, etc
-random aches & pains that come & go in various muscles inc shoulders, neck, upper arms, ankles, lower back
-weird cold rushes in the brain - as if someone has injected cold water in
-phantom sensations in one leg/foot as if someone is brushing/stroking it

• most recently, slightly irregular heartbeat & nerve twitches throughout the body, esp at night

Could you have been bitten by a tick? Look up Lyme disease and push for a blood test if it's likely or possible you were bitten.

If you think it could be neurological, ask your GP to refer you elsewhere for a second opinion.

Me too! Mine started beginning April with swollen fingers and chilblains! (I have Raynauds) then a few weeks ago I started getting sharp cramps randomly in toes, fingers, Palm, elbows, ankles, aching shoulders. I’m so stressed about it which defo doesn’t help. My blood work came back normal except raised platelets. I wonder if it is a COVID virus?

Have you been referred to a neurologist?

I have some of the same symptoms (pins and needles, phantom sensations) as well as some others and have been referred to a neurologist for peripheral nerve testing, that could be an idea.
